What should I do if I am aware of a player using counterfeit cards during a sanctioned event?

If you become aware of a player using counterfeit cards during a sanctioned event, the player should be disqualified from the event with a penalty applied in Wizards EventLink. The penalty selected should be “TE – Deck Problem” with a description of the incident included.
